Where does Topnotchsewingsolutions.com accept orders from?
At present, we ship to U.S. addresses only. We do however accept orders from any country in the world for delivery within the United States.

How do I place an order?
You can place your order online, 24 hours a day, or call us directly at 1-773-293-7271 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m (CST). Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (CST) on Thursday will be processed on Monday. 

How do I check on the status of an order?
You may check the status of your order by calling 1-773-293-7271, or by sending an email at

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed. This email confirms that we have received your order and are processing your order. Keep this email for your records because it contains your order number and can be used for receipt purposes.

How do I change or cancel an order once it is placed?
If you have submitted an order and wish to change or cancel it, contact customer service at 1-773-293-7271. You will receive a refund or credit after the product has been returned and processed. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Please note: We do not accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States. We also do not accept American Express Gift Cards, Visa Gift Cards, or MasterCard Gift Cards at this time.

SHIPPING

When is my order shipped?
Standard shipping and processing: orders are shipped from Chicago, IL via UPS ground. 

Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box?
No. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
Yes, while checking out there is a multiple ship to option. Just choose your quantity and enter the recipients’ information.

How much extra will priority shipping cost?
Upgraded shipping options, next day air, second day air and three day select are available for all products. Costs depend on order size, ship to address and shipping method selected.

When is my order shipped?
Standard shipping and processing: all orders are shipped from Chicago, IL

When I order online is my credit card information secure?
Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is our top priority. Topnotchsewingsolutions.com protects the security of your online transaction by taking advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SALES TAX

Do I have to pay a sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated using the address where the product is being shipped.

RETURN POLICY

What is Topnotchsewingsolutions.com's Return Policy?
We take great pride in constructing the garments that you have ordered to your exact specifications. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us immediately. We accept the return of products purchased from Topnotchsewingsolutions.com for up to 10 days after purchase providing the garments have not been used, worn or laundered. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment.

Please include a note or letter containing the following information:

Your name, address, and email address
Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
A list of the product(s) and why you are returning the product(s)
Please ship your return package prepaid to the address below. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Then you can use the service provider’s online tracking system to know when we have received your package.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return credit. Credits are available within 10 days of the return. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve received and processed the returned product(s). We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

NOTE: We’re sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.
