We take great pride in constructing the garments that you have ordered to your exact specifications. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us immediately. We accept the return of products purchased from Topnotchsewingsolutions.com for up to 10 days after purchase providing the garments have not been used, worn or laundered. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment.
Please include a note or letter containing the following information:
Your name, address, and email address
Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
A list of the product(s) and why you are returning the product(s)
Please ship your return package prepaid to the address below. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Then you can use the service provider’s online tracking system to know when we have received your package.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return credit. Credits are available within 10 days of the return. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve received and processed the returned product(s). We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
NOTE: We’re sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.
